Some limited edition items and certain Tawny Pine clothing pieces are one-of-a-kind and may not be able to be restocked. Others will be restocked as soon as we receive them from the supplier. Sign up for email notifications and follow our social channels for news on restocks!
If you need to add or remove items from an order, change the shipping information for an order, or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. Please include your order number and the required details needed to change the order.
Order modifications and cancellations cannot be guaranteed as changes cannot be made once the order has been tendered to the carrier.
If requested upon ordering, we can gift wrap an order. In gift orders, we will include a packing slip that omits the item prices.
An email containing a tracking number will be sent out once your order has shipped. Depending on your mail setup, this email may show up in your Promotions or Spam folders, so be sure to check there as well.
It will take between 1 to 4 days to process and pack your order. Standard shipping may take between 3 to 8 business days.
Note: Many shipping carriers are experiencing delays. The shipping time is out of our hands once the package is transferred to the carrier; however, we will do everything we can to get your package to you safely and apologize for any extended wait.
We try to issue refunds as soon as possible! Once we have received and inspected the items returned, we will issue the refund in 1 to 3 days. An email will be sent once the refund is issued, but please note that it may take 3 to 7 days to appear on your bank statement.
